As part of our services, we may send out automated messages, such as, but not limited to, reminders regarding your appointment(s) and post-op instructions, through SMS or E-mail (when provided).

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree to receive these automated messages at any time. Message frequency varies and data rates may apply depending on your mobile and/or e-mail provider plan. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from our SMS messages or use the opt-out link in our e-mail messages at any time.

1. By opting into SMS communications from North Phoenix Dental Studio, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, office notifications, billing alerts, and other practice-related communications.

2. Opt-Out Instructions
